SATOOZ delivers anywhere in Australia and also accepts international orders.
International orders are subject to confirmation. Some items may not be suitable for freight and we may contact you to verify shipping costs. For international orders over 20kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Each country has specific regulations about what can (and can't) be delivered. Please note - it is your responsibility to ensure that all items you order from us comply with your country and customs regulations. We use a parcel tracking service on International Orders whenever possible.
Please note: SATOOZ does not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, north Korea, Lybia, Balkans, Cote d'Ivoirie, Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbawe, Morocco, Romania and Russia.
To ensure that your order is received as quickly and safely as possible, Australia Parcel Post is one of the options available to you and includes a free tracking service on every parcel.
We recommend that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with details of the your local Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
If you would like to provide special instructions for your delivery (eg. if no one is home, leave at the front door), please include a comment when you place your order so that Australia Post can leave your parcel at the delivery address in the location specified. Please note that if you do provide authority for the parcel to be left at premises, you take full responsibility for the parcel once delivered and no claims can be made if the parcel is lost or stolen. If the Australia Post delivery person cannot locate a safe location to leave your parcel, a card will be left with details of the your local Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number, which you can check at http://auspost.com.au/track or your local Australia Post Office.
Please check that the delivery address is correct when placing your order. Re-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address will delay your deliver and incur additional shipping charges.
Sendle is our most popular shipping option due to very competitive rates for non-remote addresses. Sendle rates will automatically appear as a shipping option at checkout if they deliver to your postcode! Unfortuantely sendle does not delivery to PO Boxes, so if you don't live remotely, and want the Sendle rates to appear as an option for you at check-out, remember to change your shipping address to a street address. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from Sendle with a tracking number. Depending on your location, Sendle deliveries can take anything from 2-10 business days to arrive.

If you live locally in the Whitsunday or surrounds, you may wish to personally collect your order in Cannonvale. To avoid shipping fees automatically being charged at checkout, select the free "local pick-up' option and then send us a message with details on when and where you wish to collect your order. This option may also be selected for other special arrangements (i.e. pick up at the markets in Moranbah or in Makcay etc.). Please do not select this option if your location prevents you from collecting your order in person.

We dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Order processing and delivery times may be longer during peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some promotions. If your order is urgent, you can add a comment when you checkout (or email us) and we will do our best to help.
We will send you a confirmation email when your package has been shipped. You can track your delivery here. You will also receive a confirmation email from Australia Post with a tracking number, which you can check at http://auspost.com.au/track or at your local Australia Post Office. Shipping times vary according to public holidays and delivery address.
