30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from SATOOZ, simply contact us and return the item to us within 30 days to arrange a refund, store credit or replacement (less shipping charges).  

If you change your mind about an order prior to it being dispatched, a cancellation may be approved, however it should be noted that a 15% restocking fee will apply.  The restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Goods damaged in transit

If your purchase is damaged in transit, if available, we can send you a replacement at no cost to you. Alternatively, a store credit or refund will be applied at our discretion.

Method of refund

If a refund has been approved, SATOOZ will refund you by the same payment method that you used to when you paid for your goods, unless otherwise agreed.
