Where?

SATOOZ delivers anywhere in Australia and also accepts international orders.

International orders are subject to confirmation - some items may not be suitable for freight and we may contact you to verify shipping costs. For international orders over 20kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Each country has specific regulations about what can (and can't) be delivered. Please note - it is your responsibility to ensure that all items you order from us comply with your country and customs regulations. Before ordering, check http://auspost.com.au/apps/international-post-guide.html for details on what items your country prohibits. We use a parcel tracking service on International Orders whenever possible. Please note that we cannot accept orders from Morocco, Romania and Russia at present.

 

How?

To ensure that your order is received as quickly and safely as possible, we use Australia Post eParcel which includes a free tracking service on every parcel.

Parcels will require a signature on receipt. We recommend that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with details of the your local Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.

If you would like to provide special instructions for your delivery (eg. if no one is home, leave at the front door), please include a comment when you place your order so that Australia Post can leave your parcel at the delivery address in the location specified. Please note that if you do provide authority for the parcel to be left at premises, you take full responsibility for the parcel once delivered and no claims can be made if the parcel is lost or stolen. If the Australia Post delivery person cannot locate a safe location to leave your parcel, a card will be left with details of the your local Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number, which you can check at http://auspost.com.au/track or at your local Australia Post Office.

Please check that the delivery address is correct when placing your order. Re-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address will delay your deliver and incur additional shipping charges.

 

How much?

Shipping rates vary according to the bulk and weight of your order, and the delivery address.

To check how much shipping will cost before you checkout, simply:

  1. Add the goods you want to the Shopping Cart
  2. Click on Shopping Cart link (at the top right of each page)
  3. Go to Shipping Calculator (under the list of items in the cart)
  4. Enter the Country and Postcode (for the delivery address)
  5. Press Calculate Shipping and your shipping options will be displayed

 

When?

Order processing and dispatch:

We dispatch most orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Order processing and delivery times may be longer during peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some promotions. If your order is urgent, you can add a comment when you checkout (or email us) and we will do our best to help.

We will send you a confirmation email when your package has been shipped. You can track your delivery here. You will also receive a confirmation email from Australia Post with a tracking number, which you can check at http://auspost.com.au/track or at your local Australia Post Office. Shipping times vary according to public holidays and delivery address.

If you are concerned about a delay with your delivery, please contact your local Australia Post Office and quote your tracking number. Your tracking number would have been emailed to you when your parcel shipped, and can also be found at https://www.satooz.com.au/_myacct/nr_track_order 

 

Express Shipping - usually next business day delivery, from date of shipment

Express Post is available to locations within the Australia Post Express Network - if your postcode qualifies, this will be presented as a shipping option at checkout. Please see http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html to confirm if your delivery address is within the Express Post Delivery Network (in some areas, this service is only in townships in these postcodes).

Standard Shipping - average delivery times, from date of shipment:

  • Australia (major centres): average 2-4 business days
  • Australia (other areas): 5-7 business days
  • International (Airmail): 1-3 weeks
  • International (Seamail): 2-3 months
