Payment


For your convenience, our secure online shopping cart facility offers several payment options.

Payment options for Australian customers: 

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard accepted) *
  • Direct Deposit ^
  • Cheque ^
  • Money order ^

Payment options for International Customers:

  • PayPal (preferred option for International Customers)
  • Credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted) *   Please note: We reserve the right to ask International Customers to pay via PayPal instead of Credit Card (as it provides additional protection for both parties).

* If you are paying by credit card, please note:

  • If you would prefer not to use our secure online facility, we can accept credit card payments over the phone

^ If you are paying by any method other than Paypal and Credit Card , please note:

  • Instructions for your chosen payment method will be provided to you at check-out or by email after checkout.
  • Orders cannot be sent until payment has been received.
  • If your payment is not received within 10 days of check-out, goods will be returned to stock (unless otherwise agreed).
All prices are in Australian Dollars (unless marked otherwise) and are GST inclusive.

 

How to pay your balance (for orders placed by phone/email, or when your order is adjusted and there is an amount owing):

We will contact you when your order has been placed or updated in our system. After that, please follow these instructions to finalise your payment:

  1. Log in to your account on our website https://www.satooz.com.au/_myacct/
  2. Click on "Pay Invoices Online"
  3. Select your preferred payment method (Visa or Master Card).  A form should appear below the Visa / Master Card box for you to fill in your Credit Card details. If it does not appear, please try switching between Visa / Master Card from the drop down menu, this should prompt the box to appear [we apologise for this glitch, and endeavour to have it fixed soon]. When the box appears, complete with your Credit Card details.
  4. Under "Unpaid orders" you should see your order ID. Enter the amount owed into the box, then click Apply.
  5. Enter the same payment amount in the "Payment Amount" box above.
  6. Click on "Process Payment" to complete your payment. Please stay on this page until you see your payment confirmation appear on the top of the page.
